Loss Prevention Event

This event qualifies for OAA CORE ConEd points.

This event is intended for OAA members including those who may work for government or organizations other than the practices that are actually insured.

The attached invitation (see PDF link above at "Additional Information") notes that there will be some similarities in the “Scenarios” portion of the program to “Going Green…A Cautionary Tale” that we originally delivered in Ottawa in November 2007…although the presenters are new personalities with their own perspectives. There are new “scenarios” in the program based on our own experience as well as additional insights to be shared in the discussion with the participants.

We will also spend some time on “news”…including the very recent notice sent out to practices respecting changes to the “non-drained exterior wall” exclusion and a “Window Wall” endorsement etc. and can filed questions.
