Session 1: improve your leadership and people management skills

Professional talent is but one ingredient in the recipe for success! With a vision to guide you forward and the skills to manage yourself and inspire others, anything is possible. Learn the management and people skills you need to lead you and your team to greatness! You will learn:

● Leadership Skills

● How to assemble, develop and lead strong teams

● How to lead in difficult times

● How to create a mentoring program

Attendees can take one, two, three or all four sessions in any combination.

1 Session: $250 + GST • 2 Sessions: $400 + GST • 3 Sessions: $550 + GST• 4 Sessions: $700 + GST

Registration price includes a light lunch, refreshments and an extensive manual for each program. As well, participants will receive 20% off the yearly fee of a Your Web Department website - a saving of $100.
