OAA Visit 2009

Following the ORC Roadshow, the annual OAA Visit will continue at Sala San Marco. In keeping with tradition, ORSA will provide a complimentary buffet dinner for the evening's event with a cash bar open throughout the evening. All OAA Members, Interns and Students are welcome to attend!

1.0 Review of OAA Council Strategic Objectives

OAA President, Gerrie Doyle would like to provide a brief overview of the Council's 5 Strategic Objective set as a result their most recent priority/planning session and in particular highlight a few of the current activities of the Council that support those objectives.

· Architectural Fees – Adoption of RAIC National Fee Guideline

· Presentation to Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) on QBS

· Activities of the Sustainable Built Environment Cttee

· Ongoing relations with Public Client Groups – ORC/IO/Municipalities

· Web site redesign

2.0 Main Discussion with respect to local Society/Member Issues and concerns

The President welcomes this opportunity to hear and understand current issues and concerns affecting the membership and the profession as a whole.
