Description

We ask that you please RSVP with your payment for the dinner no later than Thursday, April 23rd so that we can confirm the amount of food to order.

For those of you who were able to attend the ORSA Holiday party this past December, please be assured that the food will be as amazing as your last visit! The meeting will be held in the same room as where the holiday party was held.

This year we will be electing not only our new executive, but also our new Supporter Chief as Jeff Snyder will be stepping down. Supporters, please be advised that the nomination period is open at this time, so please put your names forward to jeff@capitaloffice.com
Supporters will vote on making the position of Supporter Chief a minimum 2-year term for the first term served.

OAA members & OAA intern members are free to submit their nominations for the new Executive Committee at this time. Please submit your nominations to Sarah Rietschlin at secretary@orsa.ca
All positions are open.

Please refer to the ORSA Charter (found on ORSA's website on the Home page) for duties of each position and voting procedures. There will also be a vote for revising the Charter to change the served terms of Chair, Treasurer & Registrar to 2-year terms instead of 1-year terms; following terms after the primary served, may be served as one full year at a minimum.
